Job summary

The Naval Education and Training Command in Lemoore, CA seeks a Training Specialist (FTS) to support the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training. You will work on integrating multimedia into training products for both course revisions and new courseware development. Applicants may qualify with a Ph.D.

or equivalent doctoral degree in Education or a related field, or three years of graduate study; an LL.M. related to the position is also acceptable.

Requirements & Education

In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Education or a subject area related to the position to be filled. Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Education or a subject area related to the position to be filled.

Successful completion of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled. A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education. See Required Documents for additional information.
