Job summary

Optimus Technology, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to draft, finalize, and present training materials to a large audience. You will support classroom sessions, guide junior personnel, and analyze training needs to design effective programs.

You will evaluate outcomes, revise materials based on feedback, brief military and agency personnel, and ensure training aligns with Government policies and continuous improvement of curricula.

• Provide classroom support and guidance to junior contractor personnel involved in training.
• Analyze training problems to identify needs and design, develop and conduct training.
• Evaluate training outcomes and revise materials based on feedback and accuracy.
• Brief military and agency personnel while conveying operational concepts.
• Develop and improve training plans and curriculum based on feedback.
• Inspect training programs and personnel to ensure compliance with Government policy.
