Responsibilities
  • Organize, develop, and deliver high-quality training and technical assistance for refugee-serving agency staff
  • Facilitate trainings in various formats, including live online sessions and recorded webinars
  • Conduct training needs assessments and analyze data to identify training needs
  • Develop educational materials in multiple languages for refugee youth and their families
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices and trends in the field, sharing resources with staff and providers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science, education, or social services field with at least three years of experience in staff training or case management
  • Prior experience working in domestic refugee resettlement is required
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and in a team while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in training and resource development, instructional design, video production, and graphic design
  • Experience with e-learning platforms, preferably Articulate 360
  • Proficiency in other languages
  • Commitment to comply with state reporting requirements for child abuse and neglect
