Kenly 95 Petro is hiring a Manager Trainee to develop into a leadership role at one of our busiest travel centers in North Carolina. This hands-on training program builds skills in supervision, operations, and customer service while you learn from experienced managers in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll rotate through fuel services, retail, safety protocols, and budgeting, with a clear path to a full-time management position.

As a Manager Trainee, you’ll participate in a comprehensive training program that will prepare you for a leadership role at one of the busiest travel centers around. You’ll learn every aspect of managing operations, leading teams, and delivering exceptional customer service, while being guided by experienced leaders along the way. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Master Leadership Skills: You’ll be trained on how to effectively lead, motivate, and coach team members. Learn how to manage shifts, improve team performance, and create a positive, high‑energy work environment where everyone can thrive.
• Hands-On Operational Training: Get practical, on‑the‑job training in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the Kenly 95 Petro facility. This includes learning how to oversee fuel services, retail operations, inventory management, safety protocols, and more. You’ll be prepared to step into management with the full understanding of all operational aspects.
• Customer Service Excellence: Learn how to create a customer‑first culture by providing exceptional service. During your training, you’ll work alongside the management team to address customer feedback, handle complaints, and ensure that every guest has a top‑tier experience.
