The Knowledge Management Specialist will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of knowledge management processes, tools, and repositories that enable effective information sharing, collaboration, continuity, and decision‑making across geographically dispersed program teams and mission partners.
The Training Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive training and knowledge management programs supporting global integrated logistics and mission-enabling services. Additionally, the Training Manager will oversee knowledge management environments (Microsoft 365, SharePoint), workflow automation, and structured repositories to ensure geographically dispersed teams have timely access to standard operating procedures (SOPs), readiness records, and actionable program information.
