Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Training Management Office (TMO) Supervisor to lead the field team responsible for the Comprehensive Training Environment (CTE) across 1st SWTG (A) ARSOF training. You will coordinate planning, logistics, and execution to ensure lower units receive synchronized training support.

Qualified candidates bring 15+ years in Special Forces or a business management degree with extensive DoD contractor program management and exercise planning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or higher from an accredited university or college, or 15 years of Special Forces experience.
• Special Forces background with extensive program management experience on a DoD contract.
• Experience managing a contractor workforce on a DoD contract of comparable size and complexity.

• Supervise all personnel supporting the CTE within the TMO.
• Synchronize training support requested by lower units.
• Assist military personnel in developing future training plans.

Position Title : Training Management Office (TMO) Supervisor

Location : Camp Mackall, NC, Fort Bragg, NC

Clearance required : SECRET

Scope of Work

Leads the TMO field team and support element that manages the Comprehensive Training Environment for all 1st SWTG (A) ARSOF training, synchronizing training support so lower units receive coordinated planning, logistics, and execution.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

• Supervise all personnel supporting the CTE within the TMO.


• Synchronize training support requested by lower units.


• Assist military personnel in developing future training plans.


• Provide program management, planning, supply, logistics, maintenance, and repair support.

Qualifications

• Meets or exceeds the same qualifications as the Program Manager


• Special Forces background with a minimum of 15 years of military/professional experience in program management related positions


• At least 5 years of experience as a program manager managing a contractor workforce on a DoD contract of comparable size, scope, and complexity


• At least 5 years of experience in exercise planning and logistical support within Special Forces, preferably to USAJFKSWCS


• Must have been a program manager within the last five years


• Education: bachelor's degree in business management or higher from an accredited university or college, or at least 15 years of Special Forces experience


• United States citizenship required (legally documented aliens only per AR 25-2 approval)


• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English


• Active Secret clearance required
