Job summary

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple training and operational priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implements Programs: Executes internal training, development, and selection programs to enhance team performance, workforce readiness, and operational efficiency.
  • Instructional Excellence: Instructs technical and development courses for members at all organizational levels and achieves learning objectives through training excellence and skill assessment.
  • Coordinates Schedules & Support Teams: Collaborates with site leaders and subject matter experts to identify instructors and selection-team members; organizes training and selection activities into a cohesive schedule and communicates program requirements and updates regularly.
  • Facilitates Workforce Readiness: Coordinates onboarding activities for new hires and supports candidate selection processes to ensure successful integration and long-term workforce development.
  • Drives Culture through Training: Collaborates with site leaders and teams to understand culture initiatives and drives improvement through programs, development activities, and training initiatives.

  • Estimated annual base pay: Estimated annual base pay: $85,000 (minimum) - $110,000 (midpoint) - $136,000 (maximum)
