Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 11+ years of experience leading training programs, coordinating classroom, distance, and on-the-job training.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead training delivery for systems, subsystems, platforms, and mission operations across Government and contractor sites.
• Integrate training materials, equipment, demonstrations, exercises, and operational training to meet objectives.
• Support global classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning training materials and native-language support.
• Support Training, Exercises, and Experimentation functions.
