• Knowledge of either Variable Operations (Sales, F&I, CRM) or Fixed Operations (Service, Parts, Aftersales)
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable delivering training both remotely and on‑site
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with wider teams
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset
• A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and helping customers succeed
• Eligibility to work in the United States or Canada
