Job summary

MDaudit is hiring a Training & Enablement Manager (Individual Contributor) to develop and deliver training programs that optimize client adoption of our platform. The role collaborates with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Management to create exceptional user experiences and drive success for healthcare clients.

The position requires ~30-40% travel and involves designing curricula, materials, and live/virtual trainings while continuously improving offerings for a growing customer

  • Develops client-facing and internal training collateral.
  • Designs and coordinates product-related trainings, including new features and simulation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Implements training programs for all staff levels within client organizations.
  • Maintains and updates lesson plans, user guides, instructor guides, and self-paced learning materials.
  • Coordinates logistics, scheduling, equipment and attendance for trainings.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness via class evaluations and analytics.
  • Delivers onsite training for customers and collaborates with Implementation and Customer Success teams.

We're hiring for a Training and Enablement Manager! The Training and Enablement Manager is an individual contributor who is responsible for developing and delivering training and optimization programs that involve complex or critical business processes and systems. This role is responsible for engaging and collaborating with MDaudit clients to drive adoption and usage across our suite of services. The position will collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Management to create exceptional user experiences and success. The position will travel on occasion to support our customers, including our most strategic and complex accounts.

This position may require approximately 30-40% travel, depending on business needs.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to the following:

  • Demonstrates subject matter expertise in our product, value proposition, industry and best practices to drive customers' success on our platform
  • Develops MDaudit client facing and internal training collateral
  • Designs and coordinates product-related trainings, including new features and simulation activities in a demo environment
  • Implements training programs for all level of staff within our client organizations
  • Conducts needs assessments, formulates project plans, analyzes and identifies methodologies to improve existing training offerings and materials as necessary
  • Maintains, edits, and customizes deliverables, including lesson plans, user guides, instructor guides, and self-paced learning materials
  • Coordinates various aspects of the training process, such as logistics, scheduling, equipment and attendance
  • Evaluates program effectiveness via class evaluations and analytics
  • Utilizes technology to ensure the delivery of high quality, interactive training programs as the company grows and scales
  • Collaboration with Product, Implementation and Customer Success Teams
  • Manages and leads the content development for annual User Group Conference and Training Academy
  • Delivers and designs topics/framework for the services in alignment with goals at a regular cadence
  • Works closely with the Implementation team to provide onsite training for customers
  • Travels onsite for various MDaudit customer trainings
  • Manages client book of business with no oversight
  • Designs and delivers classrooms, workshops, and optimizations based on organizational needs
  • Maintains the LEARN LMS platform
  • Train new staff members
Education and Experience
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 4 years of experience in a training position
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in instructional design, including training, writing objectives, curriculum and lesson planning/design, implementation, and evaluation
  • 2 years demonstrated project management experience
  • 4 years of experience working within the healthcare industry
  • Oversight of information systems based projects
  • Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Description

$95,000 - $110,000
