Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training & Education Intern to support the development, delivery, and organization of training programs and educational resources. This role provides hands‑on experience in instructional content creation, process improvement, and learning operations.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Training Support
  • Assist in creating and updating training and educational materials in collaboration with Underwriting (UW) Counsel
  • Leverage tools (e.g., GoogleLM or similar AI platforms) to generate and refine learning content
  • Support the development of engaging, clear, and accurate training resources for internal audiences
  • Evaluate the potential adoption of Freshdesk for training and support workflows
  • Conduct research, compare features, and provide recommendations on platform value and usability
  • Assist in planning and supporting the transition and implementation process, if adopted
  • Project & Course Management
  • Support the Education team in utilizing Asana to manage the master course catalog
  • Help track project timelines, deliverables, and progress for new training programs and events
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation related to courses and educational initiatives
Operational & Cross-Functional Support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support training initiatives and educational events
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing projects and programs
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, user‑friendly content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) or help desk platforms is a plus
  • Comfortable learning and using new technology tools and platforms
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with instructional design, e‑learning tools, or content development
  • Exposure to AI‑powered content tools (e.g., language models)
  • Interest in training, learning & development, or knowledge management systems
