The ideal candidate has experience in document control training administration within an FDA-regulated industry and familiarity with SAP, ETQ Reliance, and SuccessFactors LMS, plus strong Google Suite and MS Office

Qualifications

  • Experience in document control training administration in FDA-regulated environments.
  • Experience with SAP, ETQ Reliance, and SuccessFactors LMS or similar; proficient with Google Suite, MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Responsibilities

  • Convert Google Docs/Sheets to standardized MS Word/Excel formats and ensure formatting quality.
  • Serve as system administrator for documentation systems and LMS; upload, route, review, and retire documents.
  • Determine reviewers/approvers and manage permissions for routing workflows.
  • Send communications to teams about new or updated documents.
  • Set up training courses for new or revised documents and manage training groups.
  • Provide LMS admin support and assist users with navigation and course completion steps.
  • Submit admin tickets to create training courses and assign/remove employee trainings.

is immediately hiring for a Training & Document Control Administrator, in Piscataway, NJ.

Responsibilities
  • Convert Google Docs and Sheets into standardized MS Word and MS Excel formats while reviewing and correcting document formatting to align with quality standards.
  • Act as a system administrator in documentation systems, upload documents, verify formatting, and route files through review, approval, periodic review, and retirement lifecycles.
  • Determine appropriate document reviewers and approvers, verifying active system permissions prior to initiating routing workflows.
  • Issue communications to inform relevant teams of newly approved documents.
  • Ensure training courses are accurately set up for all newly created or revised documents.
  • Manage training system logistics, build and adjust training groups, assign matrixed training, and monitor completion metrics across teams.
  • Act as a system administrator in the Learning Management System.
  • Provide user support for the Learning Management System, guiding users on system navigation and course completion steps.
  • Submit administrative tickets to the support team to create training courses, assign, remove, or adjust employee training courses.

This is a full-time contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in document control training administration, and mentor within an FDA-regulated industry.
  • Experience of SAP, ETQ Reliance, and SuccessFactors LMS or similar. High level of proficiency with Google Suite, MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
