CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Training Manager to lead instructor delivery across CrowdStrike technologies. You will manage instructors, drive training programs, and collaborate with sales to scope new engagements.

Required are 3+ years in leadership and in delivering technical training, with LMS experience and a background in SIEM/SOAR/Cloud/AI. Remote-friendly role with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role guiding technical instructors.
• Minimum of 3 years delivering technical training courses.
• Experience administering LMS and virtual training delivery platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings including sales enablement, reporting and metrics.
• Manage several instructors with performance development and day-to-day leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling and customer enablement.
