Berkeley's UCPath Training Coordinator serves as the campus trainer for UCPath, leading the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training and learning resources supporting UCPath and related business processes at UC Berkeley. The position provides campus-wide UCPath training and access support, including training required for expanded UCPath access and associated security and segregation-of-duties requirements.
The position assesses training needs, develops and maintains accessible curriculum and learning resources, and delivers training through multiple modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, and other learning solutions. The role supports employees at all levels, from new users to experienced transactional users and supervisors, and evaluates training effectiveness to continuously improve the program.
The position partners with Berkeley's UCPath Operations team, subject matter experts, business owners, UCPath Center/UC Office of the President, organizational change management, and other campus partners to translate complex system, policy, and process changes into clear and effective learning experiences. The role also supports training communications, Communities of Practice, and change management activities and helps evolve the campus training model as UCPath processes and related technologies, including ServiceNow, change.

This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, analysis of internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
The budgeted annual range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $78,425.28 - $102,753.00.
This is a designated position requiring fingerprinting and a background check due to the nature of the job responsibilities.
