Access Clinical Partners, LLC is seeking a Field-based Training Coach II to lead onboarding and clinical skills training across multiple sites in the United States. You will facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands‑on sessions, serve as a resource for learners, and ensure standard workflows and processes are followed.

The Training Coach II is an experienced, field-based training professional responsible for delivering, coordinating, and supporting clinical and operational training programs within the assigned market. This role facilitates onboarding, classroom instruction, and in-center training activities to ensure Training Coach and Medical Assistant (MA) learners successfully transition from training to independent active support for Providers in the market. As an individual contributor, the Training Coach II serves as an additional resource and subject matter expert for their market, who can cover MA shifts as needed. When working as an MA, the expectation is for this individual to provide support to the Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients through a variety of tasks, including but not limited to patient care management, organization, and communication. While serving as an MA, individuals selected as a Training Coach II are expected to consistently lead by example and embody the highest standards of performance, professionalism, and accountability. Training Coach IIs serve as role models for their peers, demonstrating excellence in clinical workflows, operational processes, and team collaboration. They are expected to uphold and reinforce organizational expectations, model best practices, and help foster a culture of learning, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Ability to maintain accurate training records, monitor learner progress, and communicate status, risks, and recommendations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, learning management systems (LMS), and other business technologies. Demonstrated adaptability, professionalism, accountability, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Facilitate new hire onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education. Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands‑on training; serve as a backup facilitator as needed. Reinforce standardized workflows, policies, procedures, and best practices. Provide coaching and feedback to support learner development, readiness, and a positive onboarding experience.
Monitor learner attendance, training progress, and completion using established tracking tools. Communicate learner status, readiness, and concerns to Training and Operations Leadership. Identify and elevate attendance, performance, or engagement issues that may impact training success. Maintain accurate training records, assessments, certifications, reports, and related documentation.
Participate in Training Coach candidate interviews and provide job‑related feedback. Observe and assess learner performance in training and clinical environments. Validate competencies and identify skill gaps or performance concerns. Recommend additional training, remediation, or "Back to Basics" interventions as needed. Support learner improvement plans through ongoing coaching, feedback, and skill reinforcement.
Support training operations, schedules, program logistics, and assigned training initiatives. Partner with Training Coaches, Training Leadership, and Operations Leadership to promote training consistency and workforce readiness. Serve as a resource for training‑related reporting, tracking, documentation, and special projects. Identify training gaps and recommend improvements to training materials, processes, and delivery methods. Support pilot programs, training initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
Provide clinical support based on business needs when assigned training responsibilities have been completed. Maintain required clinical competencies, certifications, and compliance with established quality and patient care standards. Adhere to all clinical, regulatory, safety, and organizational requirements while performing clinical duties. Prioritize training responsibilities as the primary function of the role, with clinical assignments based on business needs and leadership direction. The following are the essential functions of the MA role and this role. Conduct patient registration, which includes securing required paperwork and insurance documentation, and verification of insurance and patient eligibility. Process co‑pays and schedule patient appointments for assigned center. Coordinate provider referrals to assigned Specialist. Answer patient questions regarding their care and keep them informed of their status. Inform technical staff of patient flow. Prepare patients for examination, which includes conducting interviews to verify patient information, record medical history; confirm purpose of visit; Perform preliminary physical test (blood pressure, weight, temperature, etc.) for vital signs and elevate critical cases to provider as needed. Conduct point of care testing as needed (i.e., flu, strep, urinalysis, ECG, HCG); and provide patient information to provider. Responsible for stocking supplies and maintenance of exam rooms, front desk, and reception area; ensure providers have medical supplies needed. Responsible for completing order sheets to maintain supply inventory levels; regularly check expiration dates on supplies. Responsible for maintenance of medical records and scanning charts to patient files. Answer phone calls, collect and sort daily incoming and outgoing postal correspondence. Ensure reception is well maintained. Conduct courtesy call‑backs for patient follow‑up. Perform opening and closing duties, which includes cashing out, end‑of‑day communication, and securing the building. Follow operating instructions to perform and document daily controls and calibration of equipment; maintain Quality Assurance/Quality Control logs for equipment troubleshoot breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and submit repair tickets as needed.
Office Environment: Tasks may be conducted in a center location or within a climate‑controlled office setting.
Physical Activity: The role may require the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials, supplies, and equipment (up to 15 lbs.) Duties typically involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent changes in position.
Travel: Travel is required, including travel between Company locations and out‑of‑town destinations as needed, 50% or more, based on business needs and training requests.
Schedule: Ability to work weekends to train pre diem and Part‑time team members.
Safety Equipment: May require the use of safety equipment for infection prevention.
