Responsibilities include budgeting timetables, coordination with directorates and tenants, reconciliation actions, and forecasting expenses with narrative variance

Responsibilities

• Analytical research of financial data to plan, formulate, program, and execute annual operating budgets.
• Certifies funds and coordinates funding documentation from multiple sources (NAF).
• Produces monthly, summary, and quarterly reports on funding programs and allotments.
• Performs monthly analysis of financed and obligated orders to forecast expenses and explain budget variances.
