Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Training and Compliance Instructor for the Pittston, PA area. The role involves facilitating OSHA, First Aid, and safety training, scheduling sessions, and upselling safety products to training customers.

The instructor will collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance while maintaining safety standards and quality service. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pittston.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Familiarity with safety products and requirements.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training courses on OSHA, First Aid, CPR and safety topics.
• Sell and schedule training for customers.
• Upsell safety and first aid products to training customers.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.
