Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Instructor - First Aid and Safety in Jacksonville, FL to facilitate courses on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and related safety topics. You will sell and schedule trainings, and partner with the service team to ensure OSHA compliance and high customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes safety training delivery, product knowledge, and customer engagement to support workplace readiness and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Familiarity with safety products and requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in training, teaching or facilitating is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training courses and instruction on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics.
• Sell and schedule training sessions.
• Upsell safety and first aid products to training customers.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.
