Jersey Mike's MC Branded is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee store operations and staff during shifts. You will drive quality service, manage daily tasks, and support a fast-paced dining environment.

We welcome positive, energetic leaders who value teamwork and guest satisfaction. Training is provided, and there are growth opportunities toward Assistant Manager and General Manager roles.

All new hires are brought on as trainees and put through an expedited training system to prepare for the role. We are looking for Shift Leaders to oversee operations and workers during scheduled shifts. Shift Leader responsibilities include: Executing rushes, managing cash, resolving conflicts, and checking equipment. Ultimately, shift leaders will ensure that all aspects of the shift run smoothly and effectively.
