Job summary

EXO Inc. in Magnolia, Texas, seeks a Trainer to develop and deliver inspection training for field crews, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and procedural requirements.

This role blends classroom instruction with hands-on coaching to elevate the skills of inspection teams across projects. You will create training materials, mentor new inspectors, stay current with industry practices, and coordinate with engineers to update modules as regulations evolve.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of poles, equipment, facilities, or processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Document inspection findings accurately and thoroughly, including any deviations from standards or procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions.
• Develop comprehensive training materials covering inspection procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Position Overview: The Trainer is responsible for providing training and guidance to inspection personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and procedural requirements. This role involves a combination of conducting inspections, developing training materials, and facilitating training sessions both in the classroom and in the field to develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of inspection teams.

Conduct Inspections

Key Responsibilities
