Role Summary / Purpose

Our ERP system, Titan, is the backbone of how we deliver for customers and keep life easier for employees. We’re looking for a Titan Trainer, part coach, part detective, part cheerleader, to help our employees actually enjoy using Titan, reduce the everyday frustrations, and make their jobs smoother. You’ll be the one who says, “There’s a better way,” and then shows us what that better way looks like. And when we acquire new companies, you’ll be on the front lines making sure they feel at home in Titan too.

What You’ll Do

  • Coach & Train: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with frontline employees so they can use Titan without headaches, mistakes, or wasted time.
  • Enable Managers: Help leaders pull meaningful reports and data so they can make smarter, faster decisions.
  • Spot the Gaps: Notice when Titan is slowing people down, and work with our Business Excellence team to fix it before it becomes a bad habit.
  • Standardize & Simplify: Create playbooks, cheat sheets, and training that make Titan usage consistent across Locke.
  • Lead Integrations: Bring newly acquired teams into Titan with confidence, patience, and maybe even a little humor.
  • Be the Advocate: Champion Titan, collect user feedback, and be the voice of “let’s make this easier.”
Who You Are
  • You love teaching and coaching people (and you’re patient when the 5th person in a row asks the same question).
  • You can spot a messy process a mile away and instinctively think, “We can fix that.”
  • You’re just as comfortable talking to a plant operator on the floor as you are to a manager in an office.
  • You like systems, but more importantly, you like helping people trust systems.
  • ERP experience is great. Titan experience is a bonus. But what matters most is your ability to learn fast and explain simply.
