Conduent is seeking an onsite Trainer IV at our Latham, NY location to lead classroom training for groups of 25–30 new call center employees, teaching products, systems, client tools, and processes.

You will monitor performance, provide coaching, support nesting to graduation, maintain training records in Excel, and collaborate with Operations to align with client requirements; occasional online course facilitation may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of training, classroom instruction, or facilitation experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management abilities.

• Support floor operations, escalations, and knowledge reinforcement as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance standards throughout the training process.
• When necessary, facilitation of online courses is required.

Location: 1205 Troy-Schenectady Rd., Latham, NY 12110 (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $25 -$26 an hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (based on business needs)

Availability Required: 7:00 AM-8:00 PM

Position Summary

As an onsite Trainer IV,you will lead classroom training for groups of 25-30 new call center employees, teaching products, systems, client tools, and operational processes. You will monitor trainee performance and attendance, provide coaching, and support new hires through training and nesting to ensure successful graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum 1 year of training, classroom instruction, or facilitation experience
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills
• Ability to train and engage large groups in a fast‑paced environment
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $25.00 -$26.00 per hour.
