Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver core and refresher training for new hires within assigned facility(s).
• Oversee functional certification process, including training, measurement, and testing for hourly staff.
• Monitor LIFE (Learning in Field Experience) for compliance with training policies.
• Track and report city/state permits/licenses related to training requirements.
• Ensure safety and security equipment and supplies are in place at all times (radios, firearms, vests, uniforms).
• Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned; guard liabilities and assets.
