Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS), part of the Halfords Group, is recruiting a Qualified Vehicle Tyre Fitter to join the UK’s largest tyre service provider. You will undertake a structured 6–12 month training program, be mentored by experienced colleagues, and learn tyre fitting for cars, vans, trucks, agricultural and earthmover vehicles.

The role offers a mobile position with a van, tools and PPE provided, 08:00–17:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00–12:00 Saturdays, plus an uncapped bonus

Qualifications

• Passion for working in the automotive industry.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Must possess a full, current driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Complete technician training program (6–12 months).
• Learn to fit and repair tyres for car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover.
• Provide customer-focused service in all tasks.
• Adopt safety and vehicle maintenance best practices.
