Interlink seeks motivated individuals to join as Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultants in Florida. We offer intensive training, a supportive culture, and rapid earnings potential through an uncapped commission structure.

As a Trainee, you will learn core recruiting functions, source and screen legal professionals, and assist senior consultants with candidates and interviews while building a strong network and market knowledge.

Qualificações

• Attitude, motivation and potential prioritized; experience not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High resilience and tenacity to handle rejection in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and professionalism.
• Commercial mindset with interest in sales and negotiation.
• Previous sales or business development experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Candidate Sourcing and Development: Actively search for and engage with legal professionals using social media, databases, networking, and direct headhunting.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a strong professional network of candidates, conduct initial screenings and interviews.
• Market Research: Research law firms and corporate legal departments across Florida to identify hiring trends and opportunities.
• Client Support: Assist senior consultants in preparing candidate shortlists, drafting job ads, coordinating interviews and gathering feedback.
• Process Management: Maintain accurate records in our ATS and ensure compliance with standards.
• New Business Lead Generation: Support business development with outreach and marketing campaigns.
