Job summary

Connex Education Partnership in Bristol is seeking Trainee Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools. You will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared work, and help maintain a positive learning environment while teachers are absent.

Ideal candidates are graduates or individuals with experience working with teenagers. You will benefit from full training, ongoing support, and flexible working patterns of 2–5 days per week, with a daily rate of £120.

Trainee Cover Supervisors – Bristol • £120 per day | Full Training Provided | Flexible Working (2–5 Days per Week)

Are you confident, personable, and looking for a rewarding role working with young people? We are seeking Trainee Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, sports coaches, support workers, or anyone with experience working with teenagers who is looking to gain valuable school-based experience. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classes of approximately 30 secondary-aged students in the absence of their regular teacher. You will deliver pre-prepared work, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout the lesson.
