Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move and switch trailers between yard and doors.
• Coordinate trailer movements with management or central control.
• Document trailer moves using Yard Management System or switcher cards.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher equipment.
• Assist with package handling as needed: load/unload, sort by conveyor and labels.
• Operate with safety processes for yard switching and package handling.
