Christensen Farms is seeking a Transportation Hub Manager in Sleepy Eye, MN to lead live haul equipment sanitation and related operations. You will supervise the wash site team, ensure safety and quality standards, and partner with maintenance vendors to keep the wash site running efficiently.

The role emphasizes ownership of outcomes, leadership, and cross-department collaboration, with a focus on meeting transportation schedules and continuous improvement within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' mechanical experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Power washing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and maintain a safe work environment and culture within the facility.
• Contribute to departmental business planning and budgeting for continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor trailer wash leads and staff to support career growth.
• Provide direction and performance feedback to contract labor partners.
• Coordinate training, SOP development and process improvements for compliance and progress.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and resources are available to fulfill trailer wash functions.
• Manage maintenance and repair schedules for trailers, facilities, and equipment.
• Input data, reporting, and timekeeping processes for wash operations.
• Oversee facility/grounds maintenance and coordinate wastewater management per standards.
• Ensure trailers meet sanitation and operational expectations and have required supplies/tools.
