Weekly pay, full benefits after 30 days, and opportunities for training and career advancement are offered. You’ll work Tuesday-Saturday, 5AM-1:30PM, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience performing class 7-8 trailer maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Accurately document repairs and complete work orders.
