You will document repairs, maintain a clean workspace, and collaborate with supervisors to keep fleet operations running smoothly.

Weekly pay and full benefits within 30 days are offered, with a $25.00–$35.00/hr rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on trailer maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must own and maintain personal tools for the role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet physical demands of the job.
• Eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings including drug screen and DOT (if required).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Document repairs and complete work orders.
• Keep work area clean and organized; manage tools/equipment.
