The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience with class 7-8 trailer maintenance, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to manage tools and documentation efficiently while meeting safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on class 7-8 trailer maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to own and maintain personal tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to meet physical demands and pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections for safety and compliance.
• Document repairs and complete work orders.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations.
