Qualifications

• 2+ years’ hands-on experience performing Class 7-8 trailer maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to own and maintain personal tools and toolbox.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to meet physical demands.
• Must be eligible for pre-employment screenings including drug screen and DOT (if required).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Accurately document repairs and complete work orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
