Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience performing class 7-8 trailer maintenance and repairs.

• Experience with major body repairs including side panels, roof replacements, nose rails, and floor sections.
• Welding experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own and maintain personal tools and toolbox for the role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We’re Looking For

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a mobile, outside and/or shop environment with exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical materials such as oils and greases. Technicians must be able to perform essential job functions that include frequent movement such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods, as well as lifting heavy objects and accessing tight or confined spaces. This position requires regular use of hands to grasp, reach, handle, and operate tools and equipment. Technicians may be required to work at heights using ladders or elevated platforms and must be able to safely perform duties in various weather conditions. Due to the active work environment and movement of large vehicles, the ability to see and hear sufficiently to safely navigate the workspace is required.
