Job summary

FleetPride, Inc. in Rogers, MN is hiring a Trailer Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance, brake, axle, and wheel-end repairs on trailers. This role offers 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and weekly pay.

We provide training and tools, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid holidays and vacation. Candidates should have trailer repair experience, own tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Brake repairs and air system diagnostics experience preferred.
• Axle and suspension repairs familiarity.
• Wheel-end repairs.
• Welding and fabrication capabilities a plus.
• Trailer body and structural repairs.
• Door repairs and replacements.
• Roof, wall and floor repairs.
• Container repairs and modifications.
• Reefer repairs experience preferred but not required.
