The role requires 2+ years of hands-on trailer experience, a valid license, and the ability to work independently or with others in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience performing class 7-8 trailer maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards.
