On-site outdoor work with safety in mind; benefits start within 30 days and weekly pay. You'll diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, document repairs, and collaborate with a local team to keep fleet

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience performing class 7-8 trailer maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own and maintain personal tools and toolbox required for the role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to meet physical demands of the position.
• Pass pre-employment screenings including drug test and DOT physical if required.

Pay & Schedule

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a mobile, outside and/or shop environment with exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical materials such as oils and greases. Technicians must be able to perform essential job functions that include frequent movement such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods, as well as lifting heavy objects and accessing tight or confined spaces. Technicians may be required to work at heights using ladders or elevated platforms and must be able to safely perform duties in various weather conditions. Due to the active work environment and movement of large vehicles, the ability to see and hear sufficiently to safely navigate the workspace is required.
