Position Overview

White Tank & Truck Repair is seeking a skilled Trailer Mechanic to join our growing team in Belleville, IL.

We specialize in tank trailer service and repair, including dry bulk and liquid tank systems. This role focuses on trailer diagnostics, structural repair, ABS systems, and component installations.

We are a small, tight-knit, family-owned shop that values long-term employees and strong technical ability. If you’re experienced in trailer repair and want to work with a capable team in a stable environment, we’d like to speak with you.

Compensation

• Entry-Level Technician: $20.61/hour
• Eligible for 5% increase every 6 months
• Veteran Technician: Up to $34.35/hour
• Additional $3.00–$3.50/hour premium pay available for higher-level skill sets
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half
• Annual wage growth opportunities
