Job summary

Aebi Schmidt USA is seeking a Trailer Installer to install electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems into our Kingpin line trailers. The role requires reading sales orders and blueprints and using tools to set up the components as required.

You will read schematics, assemble large trailer components from blueprints, and ensure builds meet specifications. A mechanical background and basic math skills are preferred, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior mechanical background preferred.
• Ability to use tape measures and other measuring devices.
• Able to add, subtract, divide, and multiply.

Responsibilities

• Read sales orders and blueprints according to product specifications.
• Use industrial and hand tools to install prefabricated decals, harnesses, electric winches, electric jacks, hydraulic pumps, and other components as needed.
• Able to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and install a variety of systems.
• Able to assemble large and complex trailer components from blueprints.
