Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Spotter to drive, transport, and spot trailers at loading docks and staging areas. You will attach drive units to trailers, move them to dock doors, and assist with loading and unloading. You must inspect trucks, report conditions, and follow safety procedures.

The position requires at least two years in a similar role, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication and customer service abilities. Independence and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Must be able to operate power industrial equipment.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Must follow policies and safety procedures.
• High school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attach drive unit to trailers to move to and from dock doors for loading and unloading.
• Inspects truck for defects, before and after trips and submits reports indicating truck condition.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.
