Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous mechanical technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Check in incoming trailers, photograph and log stock details.
• Inspect trailers for repairs and communicate findings.
• Generate invoices and close POs; follow up on balances.
• Create and manage service work orders for customers and stock trailers.
• Provide quotes and assist parts with service-related orders.
• Update trailer inventory and keep lot organized daily.
• Communicate status to customers clearly and follow up after service.
• Assist as needed and handle all other duties.
