Job summary

Kirk NationaLease is seeking experienced Diesel/Trailer Mechanics to join our full-service shop in Laurinburg, NC. The role offers a strong training environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for ASE certification assistance.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing diesel systems, and ensuring DOT compliance. Personal tools are required, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years trailer repair experience.
• 4+ years diesel mechanic preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with diagnostic equipment.
• Personal tools required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and light–moderate diesel repairs.
• Diagnose and repair brakes, clutches, wheel seals, and other systems.
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
