Job summary

Forest River, Inc. in Indiana has an immediate opening for an experienced welder. The role requires proficiency in TIG, MIG, ARC welding of aluminum and familiarity with air brakes and hydraulic braking systems.

A CDL A is required, and knowledge of 7-way wiring harnesses for semi and pickup trucks is preferred. The ideal candidate can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while delivering exemplary workmanship, with the ability to work independently on assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in welding - TIG, MIG, ARC, and aluminum.
• Knowledge of air brakes and electric over hydraulic braking systems.
• CDL A Required.
• Knowledge of 7-way code wiring harness for both semi and pick-up trucks.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary work.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of DOT and/or FMCSA rules helpful.
