Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a full-time loading associate to prepare trailers for delivery. You will load merchandise, stack loads securely, and follow safety and loss prevention policies. This position requires reading RX sheets, wave sheets, and maintaining accurate counts.

The role emphasizes manual lifting, repetitive movement, and teamwork with other departments to ensure on-time store deliveries. 40 hours weekly; pay range shown below.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Lifting up to 60 lbs occasionally or more as needed.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping; standing and walking.
• Meet DEA background requirements as outlined by CVS policy.

Responsibilities

• Receive wave sheet indicating loading sequence for store delivery and expected store cube.
• Receive RX Sheets for daily store deliveries.
• Get maintenance sheets for assigned load lanes and fill out daily and turn back into lead.
• Verify all RX totes quantity using the RX sheet provided with actual quantity.
• Load merchandise onto trailer manually, stacking and packing securely to minimize imbalance, movement and damage in transit.
• Load Non-Con products on trailer.
• Work both palletize and fluid lanes.
• Ensure trailer is properly loaded; place boards, straps and load bars between store orders and at the end.
• Close and lock trailer doors, secure with seal number; assist other departments as directed.
• Observe all rules and regulations as outlined in your handbook.
• Observe all department and facility safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
