Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Loads trailers in an organized and secure manner following the route and delivery schedule.
• Ensures products are correctly accounted for and loaded onto the correct truck.
• Verifies and completes documentation for outgoing loads, including manifests and shipping labels.
• Coordinates with warehouse and logistics teams to replenish inventory and confirm shipment readiness.
• Conducts final inspections to ensure loading balance and safety compliance.
• Identifies and resolves discrepancies related to load quantities, routing, or documentation.
• Operates forklifts and pallet jacks to move products safely and efficiently.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe loading area.
• Adheres to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
