Job summary

BOSS in Houston, TX seeks a responsible driver to safely operate a pickup and escort trailers, loading and coordinating with the assigned driver. Maintain current MV license and stay updated on state certifications, required for escorting across the 48 contiguous states. You will comply with DOT regulations and follow BOSS's safety standards.

When not driving or escorting, you will assist in other tasks as directed by supervision, ensuring shift coverage and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current MV License.
• State certifications required for escorting across states.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a pickup owned by BOSS when escorting and steering trailers.
• Assist in loading, securing loads with assigned driver.
• Keep current on all state certifications that are needed when escorting in all of the 48 continuous states.
• Understand and comply with all DOT regulations and BOSS's.
• When not performing driving and steering functions assist in other work specified by supervisor.
