Responsibilities

• Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Support trailer design, customization, and product development activities.
• Participate in design reviews and engineering change processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams.
• Drive improvements in manufacturability, quality, and cost.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective action efforts.
• Ensure designs and documentation meet standards and customer requirements.
• Deliver work according to established schedules.
• Maintain high accuracy in drawings and documentation.
• Reduce rework and production disruptions through design support.
• Support customer satisfaction through quality products and responsive design support.
• Contribute to Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate ownership and escalate risks when appropriate.
• Show increasing technical leadership and cross-functional influence.
