Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Analyst for the Trailers Product/COOP team to optimize the trailer fleet and revenue reporting. You will support inventory control, onboarding of external lenders, and profitability analyses while driving strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel and SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting (or related field).
• Three years or more in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry-related experience required.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel; ability to interpret financial data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Redeploy trailer assets to prevent units from becoming No Longer Earning (NLE).
• Inventory management of units listed on the COOP platform.
• Create exception reporting and analyses for Ryder's trailer initiatives.
• Lead special projects as required by product needs.
• Trace deliveries and redeploy units from reservation to rental start/end with Trailer Transfer Team coordination.
• Process asset requests; manage SVN and VCN; perform weekly audits to prevent billing errors.
• Conduct deal and unit profitability analyses for financial insight.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
