Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Analyst for the Trailers product line to support asset management, inventory control, onboarding of lenders, and revenue monitoring. The role emphasizes accurate reporting, analysis, and execution to support growth initiatives.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business-related fields and 3+ years in rental/operations. Strong Excel skills, plus familiarity with MS Access/SQL/Snowflake, are valued for cross-functional impact and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Three or more years in Rental, Operations, Sales or related experience.
• Strong data analysis skills; Excel proficiency required; MS Access/SQL/Snowflake a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; capable of managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Redeploy trailer assets to prevent units from becoming No Longer Earning (NLE).
• Inventory management of units listed on the COOP platform.
• Create exception reporting and analyses to support trailer initiatives.
• Lead analytics projects based on product needs; support cross-functional teams.
• Track delivery or redeployment with coordination from Trailer Transfer Team.
• Review profitability analyses for deals and units; assist with audits.
