FIBA Technologies, Inc. in East Greenville, PA is seeking a dependable assembler to verify numbers stamped on tubes, clean and prep surfaces for painting, apply masking as needed, and complete hand-painted areas and decals.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a High School diploma or GED (or related on-the-job training). Prior forklift or heavy assembly experience is helpful; reliability is essential.

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent on-the-job training.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to learn and be dependable.

Responsabilités

• Verify numbers stamped on tubes to be assembled into units.
• Cleans and prepares surface to be painted.
• May apply masking tape over parts or areas that are not to be painted, or for special two-tone paint.
• Coats some area by hand with brushes and rollers.
• Remove plugs from threaded tube necks, clean threads with power wire brush, lubricate threads and install mounting flange.
• Mark locations for data plates, drill and secure.
• Apply decals.
• Heavy assembly and forklift experience helpful.
• Mechanical aptitude, eager to learn and ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must be dependable.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and able to stoop, crawl, bend, crouch, climb and kneel.
