Qualifications

• 8+ years leading platform/hardware engineering efforts from concept to delivery.
• Broad knowledge in electrical/power design, mechanical/thermal, firmware integration, and performance tuning.
• Experience in pathfinding and maturing early designs into production solutions.
• Strong debugging across hardware and software boundaries.
• Clear communication to align diverse engineering groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive hardware pathfinding for LPU platforms, investigating new architectures for power delivery, cooling, and interconnects.
• Guide system-level decisions influencing NVIDIA’s LPU roadmap.
• Collaborate with silicon, data center, product, and manufacturing teams to deliver production-ready systems.
• Lead full-stack system debug across electrical, mechanical, thermal, firmware, OS, and application behaviors.
• Support program execution, root-cause analysis, and timely resolution of issues.
• Own interconnect and cooling architecture including optical links, backplanes, and cluster cooling.
